Office Administrator/Assistant

Expected start date: Urgently Hiring

Working Area: Oakville, ON

Length of Position: Full-time, Permanent, Must be willing to sign 1-year contract.

Salary: $15-$18/hour (based off experience)

Working Schedule: 5 days a week (one day on the weekend)

Working with a reputable Real Estate Team based in Oakville, ON, this position would work in an office-based environment with management and agents to offer paperwork support (Draft Offer, listing agreement etc.), marketing support, and other office admin duties.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Preparing offers, listing paperwork, CMAs & other paperwork

  •  Booking showing appointments

  •  Preparing mail outs to database

  •  Updating and creating content for website and flyers

  •  Gathering feedback from agents

  •  Assist in preparing, editing, and formatting marketing and promotional materials

  •  Manage social media sites/website and create, edit blogs/ads

  •  Communicate with client to provide excellent customer service throughout the selling/buying process

  •  Plan events and initiatives

Qualification:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  •  Must be able to speak English (Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset)

  •  Exceptional customer service/ communication skills

  •  Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat)

  •  Able to multitask with a high level of organization & attention to detail

  •  Must be driven, focused and able to succeed in a very fast paced environment

  •  Must be a team player

  •  Must have your own car with valid G license

  •  Preferable to have accounting background but not required

  •  Experience with Webforms, MLS, CRMs, Social Media & E-Signatures is an asset

Staging Assistant

Expected start date: Urgently Hiring

Working Area: Oakville, ON (but not limited to)

Length of Position: Full-time, Must be willing to sign 1-year contract.

Salary: $20/hour, Overtime pay

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Genuine interest in staging, design and decor

  • Has an understanding of basic decorating concepts

  • Is creative, artistic and has an eye for detail

  • Arts or Design education is not a requirement but a bonus

  • Punctual and able to to take initiative and self motivating

  • Ability to work efficiently with a team and multi task

  • Must be physically able to keep up with demands of the job (ex. stairs etc.)

  • Valid Full G Drivers License
Required tasks for this role would include but are not limited to:
  • Assist Staging Manager with staging/destaging properties that integrates decorating with marketing to create an experience for potential buyers

  • Assist in handling furniture storage

  • Various miscellaneous tasks dealt out from Staging Manager
