Working Area: Oakville, ON
Length of Position: Full-time, Permanent, Must be willing to sign 1-year contract.
Salary: $15-$18/hour (based off experience)
Working Schedule: 5 days a week (one day on the weekend)
Working with a reputable Real Estate Team based in Oakville, ON, this position would work in an office-based environment with management and agents to offer paperwork support (Draft Offer, listing agreement etc.), marketing support, and other office admin duties.
Preparing offers, listing paperwork, CMAs & other paperwork
Booking showing appointments
Preparing mail outs to database
Updating and creating content for website and flyers
Gathering feedback from agents
Assist in preparing, editing, and formatting marketing and promotional materials
Manage social media sites/website and create, edit blogs/ads
Communicate with client to provide excellent customer service throughout the selling/buying process
Plan events and initiatives
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to speak English (Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset)
Exceptional customer service/ communication skills
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat)
Able to multitask with a high level of organization & attention to detail
Must be driven, focused and able to succeed in a very fast paced environment
Must be a team player
Must have your own car with valid G license
Preferable to have accounting background but not required
Experience with Webforms, MLS, CRMs, Social Media & E-Signatures is an asset
