Erin Mills

The community of Erin Mills is a solid family neighborhood located on the western side of Mississauga just next to The Town of Oakville and is roughly bounded by Highway 403 to the north, the Credit River to the east, Dundas Street (Hwy 5) to the south and Ninth Line to the west.

Erin Mills is a largely leafy neighborhood with most of the housing being detached single family homes as well as some condos and townhomes. The community is proudly home to the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) which is a fully accredited campus offshoot of the University of Toronto (U of T) in downtown Toronto. Bounded by Highway 403 makes for easy access to the 400-series highway system and commuting around Mississauga or anywhere within the GTA for work, school or recreation.

Erin Mills also has a large number of parks, green spaces, walking paths and public schools as well as small commercial and retail outlets so there are plenty of amenities for easy suburban living. This is a place people choose to be!
