College Park

The community of College Park in central Oakville is roughly bounded by Upper Middle Road to the north, Trafalgar Road to the east, QEW to the south and Sixteen Mile Creek to the west. The housing within the community is predominately detached single family homes but there is also a mix of condos and townhouses in the area.

Being centrally located in Oakville and with easy access to the Ontario 400-series highway system via the QEW, living in College Park makes it possible to commute anywhere within Oakville, Burlington or the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with relative ease.

College Park is proudly home to the Sheridan College Oakville-Trafalgar campus with offers degree programs to over 7,500 students in a variety of fields including fine arts, liberal arts, business, and applied technology to name but a few. The Oakville Golf Club, also located within College Park, is almost 100 years old and is one of the oldest private golf clubs in the GTA.

College Park is also home to Oakville Place, a bright and modern indoor shopping mall with over 100 stores. Being so close to so many amenities makes this neighborhood a place people choose to call home.
